Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 33fb website accessible at https://33fb.io, including all associated pages, subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the unique registered account created by a Player following successful completion of the registration process and 33fb Login.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or non-cash incentive credited to an Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any cricket betting market, live casino game, slot title, or other game available on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account or completing the 33fb Login on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the 33fb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional terms issued by 33fb, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 33fb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 33fb enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit funds, place bets, or receive bonus offers under any circumstances.
2. You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems are not permitted to hold Accounts.
3. You must not be subject to self-exclusion on the 33fb Platform or any other platform with which 33fb has a mutual exclusion arrangement.
4. You must not have had a previous Account on 33fb closed by the Platform for breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of a legitimate debt to the Platform.
5. You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily and in a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate applicable local laws or regulations. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

33fb reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Account Registration and Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to notify 33fb promptly if any registration details change. Providing false information, including false date of birth, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and withholding of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33fb Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account while you are logged in via the 33fb Login portal will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.

33fb will never contact you by telephone, email, or any other channel to request your password. Any such communication purporting to come from 33fb requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 33fb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount across all supported payment channels is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified Accounts, subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment provider. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider; processing delays caused by third-party payment systems are outside the control of 33fb.

Withdrawals are processed only to verified Accounts that have completed the KYC process in full. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where the Platform expressly approves an alternative method in writing. 33fb will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to another person, or anonymous payment instruments.

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are typically processed within one to four hours during normal operating hours (BST). Visa and Mastercard withdrawal timelines are subject to the respective card-issuing bank's processing schedules. 33fb bears no responsibility for delays introduced by third-party financial institutions after a withdrawal has been dispatched from the Platform.

33fb reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation for the source of funds. This process may extend processing times. Withdrawals will not be released until all verification requirements are satisfied.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

33fb offers various promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have completed registration and KYC verification unless the promotion explicitly states it is available to unverified Accounts.
• Each bonus is subject to a specific wagering requirement which must be satisfied in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds not converted within the specified period will be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates vary by product category and are disclosed in individual promotion terms. Certain games (typically live dealer titles with very low house edge) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• The maximum bet permitted while Bonus Funds are active is ৳500 per round or selection, unless the promotion specifies a higher limit. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process.

33fb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such change does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already accepted and actively being wagered by a Player. Where the Platform reasonably suspects that a bonus has been accepted in bad faith or that a Player is systematically exploiting promotional structures, 33fb reserves the right to cancel the bonus and withhold associated winnings pending investigation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 33fb Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product: cricket betting markets, live casino games, or slot titles. These product-specific rules are published within each game or betting section and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

For cricket betting markets, odds are quoted at the time a bet is accepted. Bets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or result dispute, 33fb will apply the settlement rules published for the relevant market. 33fb's settlement decision, once made and confirmed, is final.

For live casino games operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, the rules of the relevant game as determined by the provider govern play. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live casino round, the provider's resolution policy will apply. 33fb will communicate relevant outcomes to affected Players as soon as practicable.

For slot titles, all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently verified for fairness. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33fb Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent and the Platform's advance approval.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any non-human interface to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or conduct any other activity.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit platform pricing errors or guaranteed profit structures across multiple Accounts or platforms, where such strategies are not in good faith recreational play.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with payment providers after funds have been deposited and wagered on the Platform.
• Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the Platform's software, infrastructure, or data.
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable law, including but not limited to laws relating to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and data protection.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 33fb Platform — including but not limited to the 33fb brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and software — is the property of 33fb or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, publish, redistribute, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of 33fb.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages howsoever arising.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 33fb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose money and that 33fb does not guarantee any particular outcome or return.

Privacy and Data

33fb processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy, including for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and customer support.

33fb employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform, including the 33fb Login portal, to protect data in transit. Internal access to Player data is restricted on a need-to-know basis and governed by strict internal data handling protocols.

Responsible Gaming

33fb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been issued;
• A Player voluntarily initiating a self-exclusion request;
• Any regulatory, legal, or operational requirement that necessitates Account closure.

Upon closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, 33fb may withhold all or part of the Account Balance, including winnings, pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, funds may be confiscated and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

Amendments to These Terms

33fb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the sole governing language of this document and of the 33fb Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, dispute, or discrepancy relating to the interpretation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the English-language version of the document shall prevail in all circumstances.

All communications between Players and the 33fb support team are conducted in English. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, operating on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
